Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process, or use the provided QR code for a printerless drop-off.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
