What makes Our Place cookware different from traditional non-stick pans?
Our cookware features a proprietary, non-toxic ceramic coating that is free from potentially harmful materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAS, lead, and cadmium. We design our products to be multifunctional, often replacing up to eight traditional pieces of cookware to declutter your kitchen.
How should I care for my Always Pan to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the ceramic non-stick coating, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap once the pan has cooled. Avoid using metal utensils; instead, use wooden or silicone tools to prevent scratching the surface.
What is your shipping policy and how long will my order take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your kitchen! We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are actively working on expanding our reach to bring Our Place to more kitchens around the world soon.
